Bring your calendars and stop by the Super Sign-up tables in the Atrium on Sunday, November 4, and November 11, to be a first quarter 2008 volunteer.  Volunteers are needed to be:

• Ushers
• Liturgists
• Greeters
• Door Openers
• Coffee Servers
• Prayer with Pastors Participants
• Prayer Walkers
• Communion Servers (first Sunday of every month)
• Tech Assistants

If you will not be at Calvary on these dates, send an email to dorettai(at)cumcnormal.org or call the office, 309-452-5413, with the volunteer position and first quarter date you would like to serve. 
Once the schedules have been mailed, we ask that you find a substitute if you are unavailable for a scheduled date.  When you know who your substitute will be, please call the church office so a reminder call will go to the correct individual and the bulletin will correctly reflect those serving.

Over 200 families volunteered in one or more of the above areas fourth quarter.  Our congregation is blessed to have so many willing participants.  There is always room for more to serve so please prayerfully consider adding your name to the first quarter schedule.
