Alzheimer's Support Group
Is a progressive and fatal brain disease. As many as 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer's destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the seventh-leading cause of death in the United States. When Alzheimer’s strikes a family member or loved one, it can pay a heavy toll on caregivers.  This support group is designed to encourage, inspire and support those involved.  New members are always welcome.

Divorce Recovery
Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends
Calvary United Methodist Church offers a divorce recovery group based on the book Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends by Dr. Bruce Fisher and Dr. Robert Alberti.
Participants meet weekly to discuss each “Rebuilding Block” in the process, share their thoughts and concerns, and receive friendship from the group.

You do not need to be a member of Calvary to participate. Anyone in the community looking for a supportive environment is encouraged to come. You’ll meet people working through similar issues and experiencing many stages of recovery and learning. Walk-ins are welcome at any time and we often have out-of-town participants.

Even if you’ve just separated or just started the process, don’t wait for the support and perspective you need. You are not alone!

Meeting Dates: Wednesdays (September 17-December 17)

Meeting Location: Room L6
Contact Person: Jim (309-664-2093), Brian (309-287-7481) or Tina (309-830-0512)
