The video podcast feed from Calvary is currently down. Videos can still be watched of each sermon through the Worship & Sermons sestion of the website.
"Podcast" or "podcasting" refers to delivering audio programs (like a sermon) over the Internet. A "podcatcher" is software that allows you to subscribe to a series of related programs such as our Calvary Weekly Sermons and get the new individual programs automatically when they are made available online. Once downloaded to your computer, the programs can be easily transferred to an inexpensive portable music player (like an iPod), allowing you to take them with you wherever you go.
With free podcatcher software such as iTunes, and an inexpensive portable music player such as an iPod, you can:
- set your computer to automatically download Calvary sermons each week as soon as they appear on the Internet, by simply subscribing to our podcast
- set your computer to automatically transfer those sermons to your portable music player
- listen to those sermons on your run or commute or at your computer
